The Role As a After Sales Advisor, you will be the key client contact for all after sales services/repairs. This includes liaising with customers regarding estimation management, the repair process and follow up. Experience with watches is not mandatory as full training is provided but a passion for impeccable customer service and the watch industry will be highly regarded.
